Refunds are only available for products purchased through our App and are subject to the following conditions:

  • The request for a refund must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All requests for refunds are subject to supplier confirmation and approval.
3. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Details: Include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation or images.
  • Await Supplier Confirmation: Once your request is submitted, it will be forwarded to the supplier for confirmation. The supplier has the right to assess the situation and decide whether to approve or deny the refund.
4. Processing Refunds

Once the supplier confirms the refund request, the following process will take place:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged.
